At MixBaazar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for both:

·       Defective products

·       Non-defective products

Returns are accepted only for products in new condition.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

·       The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

·       All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

·       The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail.

After approval of the return request, customers will receive return instructions along with a downloadable return shipping label.

·       Download and Print Label: Available

·       Return Shipping Cost: Free

Customers will not be charged for return shipping on approved returns.

Restocking Fees

MixBaazar does not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved if the product meets the return eligibility requirements.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

·       Order Number

·       Product Photos

·       Packaging Photos

·       Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
